Mike earned a B.A. from the University of Kansas in 1973. and a J.D. from the University of Kansas in 1976 and was admitted to practice in Kansas in 1976. He served as a Research Attorney for the Kansas Court of Appeals in 1977-78. He also served as Chief Staff Attorney, Kansas Appellate Courts in 1978-82. Mike is a member of the Wichita, Kansas and American Bar Associations.
