Chasity offers specific advice and consultation to her creditor clients on mortgage and lien foreclosures, replevins, and straight collections. She regularly represents credit unions and local banks in all matters related to consumer default, including the recovery of collateral (real and personal property), collection of defaulted loan balances and guarantees, the pursuit of judgments, and skip tracing and asset seizure. Additionally, Chasity provides advice and legal consultation to many of her creditor clients on bankruptcy matters, including chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy litigation. Chasity’s client base is comprised of large and small local businesses from diverse industries ranging from automotive to health care.
Chasity also advises clients on estate planning matters and probate. Trusted by her clients to handle sensitive matters, she provides support, counseling, and legal representation to her clients with honesty and empathy. Chasity Helm has a special interest in elder law, offering her service to elderly clients in all aspects of their personal and financial matters. That work includes guardianships, conservatorships, and Medicaid and Medicare planning and application.
