Bob attended Washburn University and obtained a BA in 1953, and a JD in 1957. He is currently the past president of the Wichita Bar Association (1977-78). He is a member of the Wichita Bar Association and Kansas Bar Association. He specializes in real estate development, zoning and condemnation.
