Eric received a B.S. from Kansas State University in 2005. He graduated from Washburn University School of Law (with honors) in 2008 where he also earned a Certificate in Business and Transactional Law. Before coming to Klenda Austerman LLC in 2010, Eric practiced bankruptcy law in Overland Park, Kansas. He has experience practicing in bankruptcy courts in Kansas and the Western District of Missouri.
Eric’s practice focuses primarily on individual and business bankruptcy matters. His clients include consumer and business debtors, as well as creditors. Eric takes pride in giving his clients individual attention and practical advice, and his dedication to consumer bankruptcy practice led to the launch of WichitaBankruptcyHelp.com.
Away from the office, Eric enjoys outdoor activities such as pheasant hunting and backcountry hiking. He is a loyal fan of the Kansas City Royals, and he enjoys attending K-State athletic events.
