Chasity received her B.A. (magna cum laude) from Wichita State University in 2001. She graduated from Washburn University School of Law in 2004.
Chasity began clerking for Klenda Austerman LLC in 2002 while attending law school. After sitting for the Kansas Bar Exam in 2004, she began full time as an Associate at Klenda Austerman LLC. Chasity’s practice covers a broad spectrum of commercial and civil litigation, with an emphasis in creditor litigation. She has knowledge and experience representing a wide variety of creditor clients, offering them advice and consultation on lien foreclosure, bankruptcy, and other matters.
Chasity stays active within our community, engaging in a variety of philanthropic endeavors. Balancing that involvement with her family life and a demanding practice leaves her no time to be idle. Chasity enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, gardening, riding bicycles with her husband, and running.
