Blake received a B.A. from the University of Kansas in 1996. He graduated from Washburn University School of Law in 2001. He recently joined the Klenda Austerman LLC team as an associate in the Family Law Department.
Blake began his career in private practice handling a variety of domestic cases including divorce, paternity and child custody disputes. Over the years, he has focused primarily on Family and Criminal Law matters. He has spent much of his career in the courtroom as both a Prosecutor and a Public Defender litigating many complex misdemeanor and felony criminal matters, such as DUIs. Today, Blake helps his Klenda Austerman LLC clients with divorce, paternity, and custody disputes, as well as anything from a simple traffic ticket to a DUI.
